Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund window and request process for Dicta purchases processed by Paddle.

1. Overview

Payments for Dicta are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. This Refund Policy applies to Dicta transactions completed through Paddle.

Refunds for Paddle transactions are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Dicta does not apply any additional refund exceptions, limitations, or qualifiers beyond Paddle's official policy and applicable law.

2. Refund Window

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submitting a request within this 14-day period does not guarantee a refund.

If applicable consumer protection laws give you statutory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights continue to apply.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, submit a request through the support link in your receipt or account billing page, or visit paddle.net and choose the refund request option.

Paddle uses its transaction records to verify eligibility and timing. If a refund is approved, Paddle processes it using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval.

4. Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. If you want a refund for a transaction, submit the refund request to Paddle within 14 days of that transaction date unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

When a refund is issued under Paddle's policy, access to the relevant paid product or subscription may end.
